The cup has a low round foot and a tall stem adorned with four ring-like mouldings. Its upper part is cylindrical. On one side it features an enamel image of Stefan Prvovenčani (King Stephen the First-Crowned) framed by an ornamental band; it is flanked by two imaginary human-headed birds. Below the image, there is an inscription in Cyrillic script reading: "KR. STEFAN PRVOVENČANI". The author of the painted decoration is possibly Uroš Čović of Velika Kikinda.
